Exchange Policy

• We only accept exchanges under specific conditions, such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• If you request an exchange within the 3-day window, a 40% charge of the products price (excluding delivery charges) will apply.

• no exchange after 3 day of delivery is possible.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

• You must contact us via WhatsApp at ‪+92 330 4327579‬ with clear photos of the issue within 3 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

• The item was not sent as shown or described on the website.

In such cases, we may issue a store credit or a refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Change of mind

• Size issues (please refer to our customized size chart before placing your order)

Return Policy

We currently do not accept returns unless there is a valid issue with the product as mentioned above. All sales are final unless there’s a defect or delivery error.
